You were great!  Everyone loved it & it was the highlight of the party!!!  I often need facepainters for events we have here at Camp Allen & I would love to have you back out for my work.  We do family programs etc.  We have one in December, Holiday in the Pines that I was thinking about specifically.

The Holland Sentinel Posted Jul 09, 2008 @ 05:00 PM Holland, MI — Today, Artemis Aiden will be bringing the strolling art of “contact juggling” to the weekly Street Performer Series. Contact juggling, also known as Dynamic Manipulation or Crystal Manipulation, is the art of manipulating and spinning one or more spheres on one’s body, without tossing into patterns like traditional jugglers. This modern art is widely thought to have been born, at least in its current form, in the early 1980s. It was even more popular after it was prominently featured in the film “Pans Labyrinth.” However, there are drawings and writings describing this art that date all the way back to the 1600s. Featured performer, Artemis Aiden, grew up in temperate North Carolina, which left a good portion of the year suitable for outdoor activities. He took advantage of this by learning and practicing many different juggling arts, but contact juggling quickly became his passion and nearly an obsession for him. Aiden began contact juggling 13 years ago after seeing it in a juggling video. Today, he travels around the country performing and teaching contact juggling at Renaissance Festivals, as well as at street and event performances. The 2008 Street Performer Series takes place from 6 to 8 p.m. each Thursday through Aug. 28. The event spotlights more than 40 different street performers and acts. A rotating schedule of performers can be seen within 19 different locations along Eighth Street. An up-to-date schedule of appearances and biographies of all performers can be found at www.downtownholland.com or by visiting the Downtown Holland Street Performer Series “Facebook” group.

Whoah! man, I love Artemis, and this was my FAVORITE song the entire weekend! I bought Trillian Green's CD just for this! And Artemis is MAD skilled with the contact juggling, of course. I bought one from him and have been practising, unsuccessfully, since.
