working on my mothers site 06/09/2009
Among the many fine things today I have been doing, I have been working on my mothers website, www.dragontry.com, Fighting with a loom I got over the weekend (and losing) and will be taking pictures of current stock and uploading them on etsy. Flying Monkey sub species spider monkey 06/04/2009
![]() He looks up with hopeful eyes, and just wants...to fling poo at you. As promised do to my not being able to sleep last night, 1 flying spider monkey. Babies, and moss on hats 06/04/2009
today's/last night's efforts that have born fruit. I am up stupidly late wishing to sleep, if this continues, I might get a flying monkey before dawn. People like the faerie falls 06/03/2009
![]() Pixie liked my falls so much she tooks them off my head at dragon con year before last. Do to some mild disappointments with an up coming fair that I do not feel like going into, I am adding Faerie falls back into my inventory. I am also putting them on the etsy store for custom orders. Hatching more dragons 06/03/2009
![]() I am trying to get 7 pesky dragons to come out of their eggs today. Helping dragons into the world is taxing and painful. (often I prick my finger on their egg tooth) To the left is a picture of one of my personal dragons. His names is Special needs. The Little ones I am getting ready for the show this weekend, look like baby wyvrns and maybe a fairy dragon. Once they are fluffed, and able to stand on their own feet, I will take some photos. New hats and goblins invading 06/01/2009
![]() Some new hats I have been working on, some have goblins looking out of them, others have fae promise leaves, others are of the more mundane type. they will be up on Etsy shortly. A smaller tent to tighter fairs 05/27/2009
![]() close up to my pond last night I begun work on the new easyup tent for when we do shows that only allow 10 by 10 spaces. It was going to be a giant mushroom but then I thought it would be too smurf like, so I went with a fish pond above my head. I will be working on the inside and sides, hopefully before the Trace camp out this weekend. I will say, I like the Flex shade design. It is lighter, easier to set up, and about 1/4th the price of an easy up. Costing a whole 49.95 at a sporting good store. Set up time is under 3 minutes, break down slightly longer due to having to fold the canopy up. Over all for the Win. Productive Monday, after losing Sunday 05/25/2009
We had a family day, then had a friends over night, which lead to sleeping it off on Sunday. Monday however, I have been busy with my continued war with the Frame, which I have named, "irksome" and then worked on 6 more hats, of oddity. Photos will come later. Goblin gazers 05/21/2009
![]() 1st gen goblin gazers. 2nd gen looks better, but isn't that always the way. Got them finished and put in little boxes lined with feathers for travel. I also made them a display to be on. I m having the issue as of late I want to play with dirty raw things (like clay, glue, paints) then work on my Fiber arts which are currently frustrating me to no end as I attempt to resolve and issue with a pesky frame that is not wanting to hold the weight of the fabric. It Lives! 05/13/2009
I have replaced the ignition on my scooter! I am a man, well maybe ok...not really, but it was a "mannly" thing to do |
