on and off during the summer I will be selling feather earrings and misc. things at trader's village in Houston to make up for not being able to Face paint on the weekends due to heat. I will also be peddling them at the Cons I go to over the summer until I get bored of making them. If interested they are also for sale at Replay on 19th street in Houston tx, in the Heights.

I will be peddling my wears in front of Replay on 19th street in Aug. for White linen Nights. It is a the first sat. of the month and is a big  thing. Hope to see everyone there.

I will be in Collage Station on July 3rd, taking part in a first year craft show in the Post Oak Mall. I will have a collection of odd's and ends. All the Mini Hats I have done and have not posted yet will be there, as well as my Faerie art, steampunk, and soft sculptures.

Next month I will (cross fingers) be doing a number of show and events, peddling my wares instead of Face painting. It just is too hot to fairly do face painting in the summer at outdoor events without using craft paints which I refuse to use on people.

I currently have a large collection of mini top hats I have been to lazy to put on etsy or artfire, as well as a number of soft sculptures and preserved faeries. I have begun to get a number of insect parts and feather for making the preserved faeries and will most like use the over stock to make fae/nature inspired jewelry. I am also looking at beetle wing casings and considering using them as fake nails for some costuming.      

I should be at the 1st Saturday art show over on 19th street in June then later in the month Apollo con. Both are here in Houston and are firsts for me. Then later that month is Future Fest.

in July I will be in collage station on the 3rd for an artshow there. more details as I get it.



I did send an email to electric daisy carnival  to see if I can be part of their vending village.

I spent most of yesterday updating the appearances of both this site and the Faerie Preservation site.  I am currently still unpacking the house from our move in April. Which has been slow due to doing shows and continuing to work on artistic endeavors. I have a few art shows and conventions lined up this summer, and have gotten in full swing with my Faerie Preservation work.  

Due to web issues, my spot at akon is in limbo until someone gets back with me, I am officially stressed and have an upset tummy over the whole thing...I so hate paypal

for those who do not know, I have taken a part time job working for yancy .org working with children. Due to this, my personal art work has sorta slipped to low production. My mother bought me a couple of new hat patterns for my birthday, so hopefully I will get to play withthose before the new year.

As far as I know we are still a go for faeriecon and booth building for Sherwood this fall.
